About the Attorney
Meet Bill Miller
A Calhoun County native, Bill attended University of Alabama where he earned his undergraduate degree. After graduating from the Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, he returned to Anniston to start his law practice.
Though a successful litigator, in recent years Bill has turned to assisting clients with different types of matters: estate planning, Veteran’s benefits, Medicaid eligibility, long-term care planning, and planning for those with special needs.
Due to his interest in helping senior citizens and their loved ones, he joined the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and is a VA accredited attorney. In addition to his membership in Alabama State Bar, Bill has served as president of the Calhoun County Bar Association.
To stay in touch with his community, Bill assists local charities and is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Anniston. Bill and his wife, Kelly, have 5 children and are members of the Church of the Highlands. In his free time, Bill enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, reading, and spending time with his family.
